    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Senate Bill No. 59--A Bill to amend and reenact §12-3-18 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to claims against counties, school districts or municipalities; requiring properly authorized claims to be paid timely, taking advantage of discounts for paying early; and requiring counties, school districts and municipalities be provided a listing of claims monthly that have been paid.
